If you don’t know, now you know…
When I was about sixteen or so, I produced my first fanzine, Right Trash. It consisted of interviews with New York hardcore bands, from the time, and features, like show and record reviews, rants, etc. My friend Lester Salvador helped me with interviews, writing, etc.
Right Trash Fanzine lasted for two issues and fizzled right about the time that CB-GB’s stopped doing hardcore matinees in 1989.
When ABC NO RIO started doing hardcore matinees, I started Marching For Trash fanzine, then Charlie and I started the band, Atrocity, later, The Manacled. Later, Sam Mcpheeters, gave me the moniker, TrashMan. It stuck, so here I am, all of 19 or so years later.
The punk rock English teacher. Am I an Agent of Conformity, as I asked my juniors the other day, as we analyzed the lyrics to “Another Brick the Wall, Part 2”?
Later, they really got it when I said, “so do you want the RED pill, or the BLUE?”
Oh Welles… More later…

don’t have to so i’m going to…take your world
and trash it, trash it, trash it, trash it.
